A project is a single job for a client — your estimates, invoices, labor, and materials all roll up to it. Your plan sets how many projects can be open at the same time. Estimates and invoices within a project are always unlimited, so progress billing is never limited. Closing a finished job frees the slot for a new one, and you can upgrade anytime to run more at once.

It's always safe to downgrade — your data is never deleted. If a smaller plan allows fewer active projects or less history, the extra items are archived and become read-only, not removed. Everything reappears exactly as it was the moment you upgrade again.

On any plan, take photos of a supplier receipt with your phone, or upload a PDF. AI reads the vendor, the lines, the tax and the total. You check them, pick the job for any line that's for a different job, and save. Each job gets its share of the sales tax, and shop purchases go to General / Overhead. Each plan includes the number of receipts a month shown above. The photos are read and not kept. AI can make mistakes, so check what was recorded.

Yes! There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you downgrade, your billing changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
